    PRODUCTION TIMES
    Monograms

    Orders containing monogram pieces will be produced and shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date of the order.
    Stock pieces

    Orders containing ONLY stock items (no monograms or custom pieces) will be produced and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of the order.
    Custom orders

    Orders in this category take 1-8 weeks to design, produce, and ship.
    SHIPPING

    Delivery Address To ensure that your package arrives safely, we will only ship to a physical address. We do not ship to PO boxes.

    Shipping Charges Our shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of the package, destination, and applicable sales tax.
    Shipping Time

    Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail which typically delivers within 2-3 days from the date the order leaves our facility.
    Larger packages are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home which typically delivers within 3-5 days from the date the order leaves our facility.
    Tracking

    Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with the carrier information and a tracking number.
    Lost Packages

    To receive a replacement or refund for an order lost in transit/not delivered by the carrier, you must notify us within 60 days of the shipping date. Contact Customer Service and we will verify the shipping address before sending a replacement order. If your package was shipped more than 60 days ago, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund for the lost items.
    International Orders Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. This is an option that we may be looking into in the near future.
    RETURNS, DAMAGED ITEMS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REPLACEMENTS

    Changes/Cancellations
    We do accept requests to change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing an order. Please email Customer Service and we will be happy to take care of this for you.
    Damaged Items

    If you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of the damage to the package and a picture of the damage to the item itself. Send these pictures to Customer Service. Once we receive these pictures, we will send a replacement for the damaged item. We do not offer replacement or refund without pictures documenting damage to the packaging and damage to the item.
    Misspelling and Other Errors

    We do our best to make sure that monogram pieces are spelled correctly, but mistakes do happen. If WE make a mistake on a monogram piece, we will provide a corrected piece at no charge. Please send a picture of the piece to Customer Service and we will take care of this for you.
    If the error was in the order itself (misspelled or missing name) and the piece we sent matches the order, you will need to place an order for a replacement piece.
    Other Returns

    Custom Orders/Monogram Pieces

    Unless a piece is damaged in shipment, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for monogram and custom pieces.
    Stock Pieces

    If you are not happy with a stock piece (not monogram or custom), you may return it to us:
