If your order has already been shipped and has been “Stuck in Transit” for more than 14 days. Please directly email us so we can send a replacement order to you.

STOCK (NON-MONOGRAM or CUSTOM) - items in this collection will be PRODUCED and SHIPPED in 7-14 days after the order is placed. If the order ONLY contains stock pieces it will be sent in the time above.
Monograms and Custom Pieces - Items typically are PRODUCED AND SHIPPED 1-2 Weeks after the order is placed. If your order contains both stock and custom items, the entire order will be considered a custom order and will ship within that timeline as defined above. Please reach out to our customer service if you have any questions!
MULTI UNIT ORDERS CONSISTING OF STOCK AND NON STOCK - Orders in this category take from 1-2 weeks to PRODUCE and SHIP. Please be aware this will contain a stock and a custom piece or multiple stock and custom pieces.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping, however, this is an option that we will be looking into in the near future.
c. Shipping Time
Priority Shipping - Our shipping speed is USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground, but not until the item itself ships. We do have a production period prior to all shipments.
Our primary shipping method is Priority USPS shipping which typically delivers within 72-hours. This shipping time does not take place until the item itself ships from our facility. We do have a production period prior to all shipments. Once the item is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
No changes can be made to your order after 24 hours of placing an order.
Custom Items/Monograms are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. This is nonnegotiable.
Once the order is placed, the color cannot be changed. So please make sure your selection is correct the first time.
You may cancel your whole order and be entitled to a full refund if the order is asked to be canceled in less than 24 hours of purchasing.
If you would like to cancel an order you have 24 hours to do so. If the 24-hour time frame is exceeded and you would like to cancel your order you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to our facility for the return.
Damaged pieces. All damaged pieces will be replaced with priority production and shipping in 5-7 business days.
Mispelled monograms. If an item has arrived misspelled due to production error, a complimentary replacement will be sent. If the misspelling is an error on the customers part, a replacement will be offered at a discount.
If the item is lost in transit OR package does not arrive at destination a one time complimentary replacement will be sent.
