The nameplate is only available in Brushed Steel.
Orders typically ship 2-4 weeks from order date. Shipping times may vary as a result of an increased volume of parcels due to peak periods, especially Christmas.
The preview is just a reference to show this design with your personalization. The spacing of the text could be altered slightly for a better fit/look. Certain punctuation such as hyphens (dashes) will not appear on your final item. We recommend periods or slashes in their place.

Measures 12" x 6" x 3" deep
The Brushed Steel plate could have some imperfections due to it being finished with a clear powder coating (rather than a color coating). Any small imperfections in the metal will show. We will not accept returns/issue refunds due to these small imperfections in the Brushed Steel option.
Shipping & Return
Orders containing monogram pieces will be produced and shipped within 14-21 business days from the date of the order.
Orders containing ONLY stock items (no monograms or custom pieces) will be produced and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of the order.
Orders in this category take 6-8 weeks to design, produce, and ship.
Delivery Address To ensure that your package arrives safely, we will only ship to a physical address. We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping Charges Our shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of the package, destination, and applicable sales tax. Shipping on all "Free Friday" items are charged per item.
Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail which typically delivers within 2-3 days from the date the order leaves our facility. Larger packages are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home which typically delivers within 3-5 days from the date the order leaves our facility.
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with the carrier information and a tracking number. Lost Packages To receive a replacement or refund for an order lost in transit/not delivered by the carrier, you must notify us within 60 days of the shipping date.
Sales@SteelRootsDecor.com and we will verify the shipping address before sending a replacement order. If your package was shipped more than 60 days ago, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund for the lost items. Packages returned by Carrier If your package is returned to us by the carrier for any reason, such as insufficient address, unknown address, undeliverable, unable to forward, etc., you will need to pay for shipping to a corrected address. If you choose to not pay for shipping, we will refund payment for stock pieces less a 20% restocking fee. We will not issue refunds for monogram or custom pieces and we will not refund the original shipping charges. International Orders Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. This is an option that we may be looking into in the near future.
